A: No. SyncMyOrders is designed for business users - operations managers, supply chain coordinators, etc. That said, having someone technical (or our support) available during initial setup helps with API credentials and testing.
A: If your system has an API, file export capability, or database access, we can likely connect to it. We can build custom connectors if needed. Schedule a technical call to discuss.
A: Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host in EU data centers. We're GDPR compliant. We never sell or share customer data. You maintain full ownership of your data.

A: Workflows include automatic error handling and retry logic. If something fails repeatedly, you get email/SMS alerts. We monitor system health 24/7. For critical workflows, we can set up redundancy and fallback options.

A: Poland's mandatory e-invoicing (KSeF) launches February 2026. We're building specific workflows to handle: Generating KSeF-compliant XML invoices, Automatic submission to the KSeF system, Status tracking and error handling, and Integration with your accounting system. This will be included in the platform for Polish customers.
