By accessing or using SyncMyOrders (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

SyncMyOrders is a no-code business process automation platform that enables:
- Visual workflow design for data movement between systems
- Integration with third-party applications and services
- Automation of business processes without coding
- Data synchronization and transformation services
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account
- Accounts may not be shared among multiple users

- We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling
- You must maintain valid credentials and permissions for integrated services

The Service, including all software, designs, and documentation, is our exclusive property and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your data, workflows, and configurations created using the Service.
6.3 Feedback

7.1 Fees
- Fees are based on your selected plan and usage
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We may modify fees with 30 days notice
7.2 Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- Usage-based fees are billed in arrears
- Late payments may result in service suspension
8. Service Level and Support
8.1 Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8.2 Support
Support is provided according to your subscription plan during business hours.
8.3 Updates
We may update the Service at any time, which may temporarily affect availability.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 “AS IS” Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9.3 No Consequential Damages
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your data or content processed through the Service
11. Termination
11.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.
11.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Prolonged inactivity
- Upon request by law enforcement
11.3 Effect of Termination
- Access to the Service will cease immediately
- You may export your data within 30 days
- All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
12. General Provisions
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by The Republic of Poland law, excluding conflict of law principles.
12.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SyncMyOrders.
12.3 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
12.4 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
12.5 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
